It seems the people have spoken. If not for the pressure put on AIG and USAirways these amazing photos would still be held in purgatory, away from public eyes for no apparent reason. It's great to see justice take place, and it's great when people rally to an important cause.

Great. Let's photoshop out "US Army" from all the pictures of soldiers and tanks etc... of the war in Iraq. All the commercials and logos from news pics and street photography. If we consider that a victory of people what does it looks like when we lose? The fact that we can't show anymore reality in photography means that we have to change medium. That photography is dead. That news photography is burried and that the only way to express anything with this medium is "art photography".

I understand your point, and maybe that's something to ask Stephen Mallon. If you go to his site and look at the story, do you find that history isn't being told?
